How do you Train?

Different sorts of people can describe training in different ways. To some it means training to failure and beyond on every set. To others it may mean working out until they are completely exhausted and left writhing on the floor in a pool of sweat. However, when one trains hard, I’m talking about performing Functional exercises. Using challenging Exercise, and putting 100% effort into every single set you perform in the gym.

That’s simple – you should train hard so you can achieve your goals, whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, or simply look better naked. No matter your goal, you have to train hard. Training hard will help keep your focus locked on your goals when you’re in the gym, because you’ll know exactly what you have to accomplish. Most people who go to the gym merely show up and go through the motions without much thought or focus. Training hard will ensure you get the desired results and that you aren’t wasting your time. Do you want to lose fat and build a stronger body? Wasting time with light weights for high reps or spending hours per week on a piece of cardio equipment is what most people do in the gym, and that’s because it’s easier. People tend to follow the path of least resistance, but it won’t get them to their goals. The solution: train hard!

This is what I suggest to do  (Sandersphys.com)
If you want have a fresh view on your approach to training let’s try this.
Commit to the long-term – make training a part of your entire life, not merely a few weeks or months.
Focus on your potential – be the best you can be and don’t compare yourself to others achievements or aesthetics. You can’t be exactly like them, so there’s any point in striving toward an unrealistic goal.
Set positive goals – reframe them so they’re always positive in nature. Put your mind in a place that is constantly geared toward improving something about yourself and your training efforts.
And this is what SandersPhys

will do with my clients or future clients. Together we work to pick a goal, and build the plan around specific achievements – most of which always revolves around improvements in performance in their fitness Goals.
