It is time to lose weight.















All of a sudden it is time to lose weight.  Not an easy task, but if you understand what you need to do, it makes losing weight easier. How much activity does it take to lose one pound? But you always need to include strength training or resistance training as well, remember that at rest muscle burns more calories than fat.  The amount of calories burned just “being” varies from person to person; but because you use calories or energy while sleeping, working, doing housework and going to the grocery, cutting a few hundred calories through diet and exercise will be enough to make you feel good about yourself to lose that weight finally.
